Good morning friends. Just a quick post today with another snowman card for this weeks Merry Monday challenge.
Found this cute snowman stamp at a used stamp sale and couldn't resist. Take a look:
The stamp is by Inky Antics and it has a 1999 date stamped on the wood block, so I figured it's "vintage" like me and decided to make it a "vintage" Christmas card! :0) I kept it very simple (it was SO hard not to color his nose orange!!) and just used Baked Brown Sugar (SU!) ink and cardstock on a cream colored card base and a little bit of POW Gold Glitter paper for the 2 stars. I did mask off the snowman and add the little pine tree's from an older SU! set called "We Woosh You..." to add a little more visual interest. And that was it...quick and easy and done!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and enjoy your weekend! :0)
Very cute card. I'm hoping to post my snowmen cards by tomorrow.
