Papertrey Ink March Blog Hop

Hello friends.  Who doesn't love a bright and SHINY card, and that's what Papertrey Ink is asking for this month!  So here's my take:

I had a little bit of Graphic 45 DSP laying around, so made a Melissa (Phillips) sized card and stamped the smaller flowers from the "Rosie Posie" stamp set around a circular opening.  Added a piece of clear acetate behind the circle, and then attached the die cut "hello" over the top.  I stamped the hello (Wonderful Words: Hello - PTI) and then clear embossed it to make it shine.  Also added a few iridescent light purple sequins to add a little more shine.
