Hello friends. Playing with the
Merry Monday challenge today, where we are being asked to use non - evergreen tree's on our Christmas card. I have lots of Oak and Maple tree stamps, but none of them make me think Christmas. And of course I have a ton of evergreen tree stamps! Oh dear, what to use?!!! Oh wait...don't I have a birch tree winter scene stamp??? Yep, somewhere! Found it!! And I even have an idea! And then I sat there and stared and stared at it...my idea in my head was not going to work, was it?!! So anyway, I have no white birch tree's to show you this morning. I have colorful tree's against a silvery night sky...but I actually like it! What do you think???
My background is a combination of distress inks (Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Faded Jeans, Salty Ocean, & Picked Raspberry), and then I embossed with silver, Hero Arts
Merriest Christmas Wish stamp. I matted this panel to a white card base and then added another white panel over top with a circle die cut (Lil Inkers). My sentiment is from PTI's
Christmas Blessings.
You can check out all the great cards from the DT, players, and get all the info to play along right
here.
Thanks so much for stopping by today...I love it when you do! :0)
