My first little pad used On the Farm stamp set and the scalloped die is from the Shakers & Sprinkles kit. I used Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Pure Poppy, Scarlet Jewel, & Classic Kraft inks. My 2nd little pad was made with left over flowers (Vintage Linens) from last weeks MIM challenge and my watermelon leaves. The "just a note" is from Think Big Favorites: #22. My striped DSP is from the Harvest Gold Pattern Pack. Quick, fun, and easy to do! May have to make some more of these for stocking stuffers this year!! :0)
You can check out Melissa's video and darling mini notebooks over on Nichole's blog right HERE.
I'll leave you with one last photo of my granddaughter Addy who is 11 months old now. Her folks lost power with the big storms this past weekend, so they spent the day with us on Monday and Addy needed a bath...I was only too happy to oblige!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today...I love it when you do! :0)
Both your notebooks and your granddaughter are adorable! I love your rooster, I collect them, and Addy is precious!!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful notepads! I love how different they are, very creative! What a precious little Addy! Glad you had some time with her and her momma!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute notepads. And I thought Addy was just born. Can't believe she is going to be a year already. Wow. She is just too adorable.
ReplyDeleteLove the notepads! They are both adorable. How lucky you are! Addy keeps getting cuter and cuter! Wow! Almost a year old already! How time flies, even faster as we get older!
ReplyDeleteI love a good rooster, Marcia...so stinkin' cute! What a precious little grand baby! My own little Addy will be five this winter and I can't believe how quickly it all goes by.
ReplyDeleteAwww the last photo with your sweet little granddaughter is adorable! Love both of your notebooks Marcia, the rooster one is calling my name and I need to make one like that.
ReplyDelete1 year already? She is so precious with that sweet smile. I know you will adore every minute with her!
ReplyDeleteBoth mini books are beauties. Completely agree with Marybeth, the rooster is a must do! Thought of these as stocking stuffers for the grandkids too. Just don't think I can wait that long!
Sweet....sweet photo! What a cutie pie. And your sweet note pads too, adorable and so creative.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe Addy will be a year already! She's a sweetie pie for sure!
ReplyDeleteYour note pads are super cute as well! I'm loving them both but the rooster one speaks to my country loving heart, especially with that homespun background paper! Still crossing my fingers I can get to this challenge soon.
Oh Marcia, what a cutie your little Addy is! Love your notecards! My in laws used to always buy rooster things for me...I didn't really appreciate them so much back 30 years ago or so! But I love your rooster note card!! Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteAddi is such a little cutie-patootie! And so are your notebooks! Love your idea to use On the Farm for one set--very original! (I really should make a couple of these cute notepads for my granddaughters...)
ReplyDeleteI meant "Addy"! I will blame Spellcheck!
ReplyDeleteMarcia, your notebooks are super sweet, of course, but Addy is the big scene stealer in this post. She's so cute! I love being a nana to 4 boys, and wouldn't change anything, but it would have been nice to have had one little girl :)
