I blended my background with Melon Mambo and then added a few water drops. My top layer was cut with a Gina Marie Designs scalloped circle die that I laid over the blended background, and then added my stamped images and sentiment from the Spooky Smiles set and the die cut bats and stars from Shaped Sayings: Halloween. Here's a closer up view:
Aren't those bats and the little pumpkin just the cutest?!! A few sequins and some bakers twine were all that was needed to finish off this cute little card for Miss Addy, and I'm actually ahead of the game for Halloween! Yeah for me!! :0)
