Hello friends. Lexi Daly is up with this week's Make It Monday challenge over at Papertrey Ink and is showing us how to use a small image and repeat it in a CAS format.
I used a small leaf image from the Leaf Prints set and came up with this:
I started by using one of my smallest acrylic blocks and inked it up with Soft Stone ink and then stamped it 3 times on my white card layer. Next I inked up the small leaf with Ocean Tides ink and then added a little Tropical Teal to the edges on one side before stamping over the small squares I stamped first. My sentiment is from the Stylized Autumn set and then I layered it with a Soft Stone layer and then a white card base, and then finished with some Rainstones and a piece of linen thread. This is about as CAS as I can get! :0)
You can check out Lexi's really cute phone card and all the other cards in the gallery and then play along right HERE.
Thanks so much for stopping by today...I love it when you do!

ReplyDeleteA lovely vintage design, Marcia! I used to make a lot of triple image cards and just love this sweet autumn design! Remember those "shadow stamp" backgrounds from Hero Arts that we used before acrylic blocks? I saved some from my last purge and need to use them again!! Hugs, Darnell
