Color Hues Challenge #2 - Navy & Turquoise

Hello friends.  I'm playing along with a new challenge today!  It's called the Color Hues Challenge and they are looking for cards with Navy & Turquoise.



Here's what I came up with...


I used SU!'s Night of Navy, Bermuda Bay, & Costal Cabana inks along with stamps and dies from SU!'s Forever Fern set to create my card.  The embossed piece in the background is also from this Forever Fern set...love the texture it brings to the background!


LOVE this color combination...looks so pretty against the stark white!!  My sentiment is from Gina K's Natural Silhouettes stamp set.

    There you are teasing me with that SU set again... it is so gorgeous in these colors, Marcia! That embossing makes me think of a favorite sweater from days gone by. Just the one a girl would wear while gathering this beautiful bouquet! So gorgeous... xx

    A beautiful bouquet, Marcia ... those leafy sprigs are so full and rich ... fantastic use of the colour palette ... the navy and turquoise really do pop wonderfully against the texture-y white! A simply lovely card! Hugs, Anita :)
