25 Days of Christmas Tags - Day 5

Hello friends.  My 2nd post today, but now I'm caught up with playing along with Tracy McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags challenge.  I absolutely fell in love with Joni Andaya's beautiful tag, and that's where I took my inspiration from, and came up with this:

I blended my background with Mossy Meadow ink (SU!) on a PTI Tag Sale #3 die tag, and then added a white die cut Poinsettia from PB (Burst of Red).  Joni added color to her Poinsettia, but I left mine white so that it would match with my wrapping theme this year.  I embossed my sentiment in gold (PTI's - Tag-Its #9), added a few gold sequins and pearls, and a gold ribbon to finish off my tag.  QACAS as Darnell would say, and I love how it turned out!  May have to make a few more of these!!

LOTS of inspiration going on over at Tracy's blog, so if you like to make tags, and if you like to win prizes, you can check it all out right HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by...I love it when you do!

  3. Your QACAS card is super super elegant, Marcia. (Thank you for the shoutout! I love that you can make QACAS look like it took ages to create!) The soft tone of your green just off the shoulder is fabulous behind the pretty white poinsettia, perfectly finished with a beautiful gold jewel sediment and bow!! WOW! Pinning this one!! Hugs, Darnell
