I have been stamping since 1999 (yep, I've been around awhile...in fact, it's the BIG 6-0 for me today!) and one of my very first snowmen stamps was Blake from Rubbernecker Stamps. He is still one of my most favorite snowmen after all these years, so meet Blake:
I mean, how can you not LOVE a face like that?! I embossed him in black and then colored him lightly with a few Copics (C1, C3, YG05, BG13, & YR68) and then fussy cut him out. (There were no dies back then in the olden days!). For my background I used a Deep Red stamp called Winter Pines and stamped multiple times with Smoky Slate ink and also misted the stamp before actually stamping on my cs. I added a snowbank at the bottom using a PTI die from In The Meadow. My sentiment is also from PTI...Christmas Blessings. I also added some sparkle to the trees with a Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen...really pretty when the light hits it!
Thanks so much for stopping by today...I love it when you do!
