My first posting

Welcome to Marcia's Stampin' Pad!  I finally got brave enough to start this after talking about it for years and following all the other great stamping queens out there. My daughter and son in law graciously agreed to help me out here and I'm thrilled to finally be starting! :-)  Bear with me as I learn, but I hope I can bring some great stamping ideas to all of you out there that follow the stamping sites. Here's my first card to share:

I am in love with the Lily of the Valley stamps and this was the very first stamp I bought from this company.  The card is a 5x5 and the papers are also Lily of the Valley (Promises Pad).  The leaf die is from Cheery Lynn Dies, the flowers and branches are Martha Stewart punches, and the tiny tag is from the Paper Trey Ink's Tiny Tags dies and stamps.  I also used a bit of a turquoise blue tulle from Michael's for the bow and a few of the half backed pearls in the centers of the flowers.
