Hello friends. Still lots of fun and celebrating going on over at
Papertrey Ink's 11th Anniversary Celebration!!
Day 7 challenge is all about using DIES...NO stamps!!
Other than some colorful sequins, I made my card using only black and white. I started with a
Bold Blossoms Coloring Sheet (that I didn't color!) and then layered on 5 die cut
Coverplate: Circles. I added an acetate sheet to the back of the top layer to make this somewhat of a shaker card...the circles prevent the sequins from moving other than in the circle they are placed in. My sentiment is from the
Big Basics: Wish Big die. This came out so different than what I had first envisioned, but I really like the way it ended up!! :0)

Thanks for stopping by today ... I love it when you do!

very creative. I didn't even think about using a patterned paper.
Well aren't you the clever one!! Putting a coloring sheet behind your dies is a great idea!! Fun card with all those sparkly sequins!!
VERY PRETTY!!!! ;)
This is gorgeous, Marcia! What a beautiful way to use the coloring sheet! It's like it is colored by the sequins and perfectly placed by the circles!
Marcia, so creative and beautiful.
What a wonderful shaker card, Marcia! And a perfect way to use PP with a large design! Love the colored sequins with all the black and white!

This is fabulous, Marcia! What a clever shaker card, love the black n white coloring sheet as the background.
This is so cool, Marcia! I love how it turned out, too. May have to try something similar and turn it into a shaker. Great mix of colored sequins!
Gorgeous Marcia! So clever to use a coloring sheet for the background. The sequins add the perfect color!!
Such a FUN and happy card for a birthday, I’d like to make one too!
