Love is in the Air

Good morning friends.  With Valentine's just a few days away, I thought I'd show a few quick and fun cards.  Today's card came about after searching for something else, and unearthing a few Valentine's stamps I'd forgotten I even had.  So old in fact, I can't even tell you the manufacturer.  I think today's card might be Penny Black by Stampendous, but I could be wrong.  Take a look:

Isn't he just the cutest?!  He came in a set of 6 images, but I like this one the best!  I stamped him in Momentos Tuxedo black ink and then used my Copics to color him.  He's layered with a piece of dotted swiss red card stock and then adhered to a Whisper White card base.  I stamped "love" at the bottom (PTI's "Heart to Heart #11), and then continued the sentiment on the inside:

I kept the inside simple to match the outside, and just stamped a heart under the sentiment and made a heart border from PTI's Heart Border die with SU's Real Red card stock.  I think this will be a perfect card for my daughter that's getting married in April! :0)
